- Joining a new organization can be daunting and confusing, even if your needs as a neurodivergent person have been identified and some adjustments put in place
- That’s why Mission Handicap in Capgemini France also proposes a “Mentor” role to support new joiners to integrate into the company.
- The mentor helps guide the new joiner through the organizational culture, systems and processes – in the way that works best for them.
- No judgement or pressure – just support as required to get them up to speed and build confidence.
