Born in 2025 from the shared conviction that cognitive diversity is a strength, Objectif Neuroinclusion brings together leading companies around a common goal: to bring about lasting change in workplace practices so that everyone can thrive and contribute fully.
Our history
From ambition to action
The founding members align themselves with a shared vision and are beginning to plan cross-company collaboration. Defining the pledge, governance and the first working groups.
Official launch in October 2025 in Toulouse, organised by Orange. A talk by Ludmila Praslova, author of The Canary Code, and a panel discussion on creating neuro-inclusive environments.
Intentions are turned into concrete actions : best-practice guides, themed webinars, networking opportunities. Members share their experiences and work together to develop shared resources.
On the strength of the foundations laid, the collective will continue to expand its scope and broaden its activities to benefit a greater number of businesses and employees.
