What is the collective's vision?
We want to make companies places where every individual, regardless of their cognitive differences, belongs and contributes to innovation.
How does Objectif Neuroinclusion take tangible action to promote the inclusion of neurodiversity in the workplace?
Before co-creating any tools for external use or for future members, we start by sharing the challenges posed to neuroinclusion, between members.To facilitate this, we regularly organize inter-company exchange spaces to :
- Exchange on the challenges and opportunities related to neurodiversity
- Experiment with tangible solutions together
- Promote research and best practices
At the same time, we co-create tools, inform and inspire organizations to fully integrate neurodiversity into their HR strategies.
Which companies can join the collective?
All organizations, regardless of their size or sector, provided they share our values of inclusion and innovation.
Is the collective open to companies outside of France?
Yes. Although founded in France, several members have an international presence and we welcome organizations from all over the world.
What are the tangible benefits for collective members?
Access to dedicated resources, sharing of best practices, participation in joint initiatives and visibility in a committed ecosystem.
